I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Geography at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a passion for cartographic design, visual storytelling, and user-centered design. Trained as a geographer in Bangladesh and a cartographer in Europe, I bring a unique perspective shaped by diverse landscapes and cultures.
I am now channeling this expertise into user experience (UX) design, where I see exciting opportunities to apply my skills in creating intuitive, user-focused solutions. Whether designing maps that tell compelling stories or digital interfaces that empower users, I am eager to bring creative and analytical thinking, improve my skills, and contribute to designing impactful experiences that connect people to places and information.
Outside of work, I find inspiration in exploring the world through travel, photography, movies, and the quiet creativity of cooking, knitting, and playing board games.
